We pride ourselves in carrying high quality items and we hope that you will be pleased with your order. Nevertheless, rest assured that you can return anything except depletable or edible items for any reason or no reason. We want you to be 100% happy with our products or we refuse to accept your money!

If you need to return something, please send an email to customersupport@petpetsupplies.com within 14 days of receiving your order for authorization on a return. We will accept authorized returns within 14 days as long as the items are unused in the original packaging and inresellable condition. If the item's packaging has been damaged and no longer in resellable condition, we will charge a 50% restocking fee. Once we have received your item, we will provide the refund through cash back after deducting shipping cost incurred.
